The coaches are excited to see you all in Term 1! If your fencer does not intend to return this year, please email us this week and we will remove them from this list. We need to know ASAP as we have a waiting list of new fencers wanting to join.
Please be reminded that Term 1 starts are different for each class:

Monday class is for mixed adults (beginners and intermediates), 630-830pm.
Thursday class is for beginners / intermediates 8-17 year olds, 5:30-730pm.
Intermediate/ Advanced classes are on Saturdays:
- 7:45am-945am, 8 to 12 year olds (although we will likely keep the same fencers turning 13 this in the same age group unless they decide to go to up)
- 945am-1145am, 13 to 17 year olds
Fees are still term-based and are paid in full prior to the start of the term. Fencers who do two or more classes receive a 50% discount on 2nd class they join.
We will add you to the same classes as of 2025 unless you tell us. This will automatically generate an invoice once the class has been assigned.
Coach Simon is able to have individual lessons with interested fencers on Thursdays - from 4pm to 530pm and after 730pm on Thursdays. Individual lessons are to be arranged directly with Coach Simon.
All fencers must hold a membership with the Queensland Fencing Association (www.QFA.org.au). This is important for insurance and club accrediation. You will need to register using this link: https://justfence.justgo.com/
All fencers receiving this email will need to be regular fencers using one of the following categories:
Club $55
School $55
Junior (U18) $85
Senior $120
AFF Competitive add on costs an additional $51 (U20) or $74 (note that no discount apply to AFF payments)
There are a number of fencing competitions this year and we hope to see more fencers join! We are hoping to host to events this year, so keep a lookout for the announcements.
