Beginner's Class Term 4 - (Adults) Thursday 630-830pm

The learn-to-fence program is suitable for children and adults. This is an introductory program for people who either have minimal or no previous experience. We have all equipment available for use by fencers.

The learn-to-fence program (Beginner's Fencing) teaches the fencing fundamentals - footwork and bladework, focusing on safety, stability and balance.

After the learn-to-fence period, it is expected that fencers start purchasing their own equipment for use.

All learn-to-fence students are required to register to the Queensland Fencing Association website as Learn-to-Fence members. Follow the link to https://www.qfa.org.au/registration/

(2) On the registration page, enter the details of the student and select: Gold Coast Fencing Academy from the *Club Dropdown list; then select: "Next Step".
